Children ages 8 to 17
Pilates is perfect for the young athlete or any child who could benefit from this gentle stretching and strengthening program. With the aid of stability balls and flex bands, your child will build strong and lean muscles, better understand the mind-body connection, establish healthy exercise habits early on, and have FUN doing it!

In this class children learn to improve strength and flexibility of the body and mind while helping them focus, relax and become more confident with their bodies.
