Pilates for Rehab at Home Client must provide clearance from their Doctor or Physical Therapist to start adding Pilates to their routine. Doctor's name and phone number may be required. Pilates One-on-One In-Home Training Shape up and strengthen in the privacy of your own house. Small props will be used.
